		<abstract>In this paper an approach for interpolating a given sequence of points by a fair plane curve is presented. Since the fairness concept is subjective, a non-classical modeling tool  fuzzy sets  is used. The fuzzyfication and defuzzyfication techniques are outlined. We show that the user can be integrated into the defuzzyfication technique in order to obtain the most fair curve. Some results of our implementation are included.</abstract>
