		<abstract>This paper describes a complete Medical Imaging Visualization System, from the image acquisition to its diagnostic by the physician. The three-dimensional visualization module will use voxel and Octree data structures, whose is detailed in this text. The system yet can be used as part of a PACS (Picture Archiving Communications System).</abstract>
